My Story

I came into this work because I’ve always believed in the power of being truly seen and heard. Life can feel overwhelming, and so many people carry more than they were ever meant to hold on their own. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t about having all the answers, but about learning how to listen deeply, sit with complexity, and show up with care and honesty.

Along the way, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Our nervous systems, relationships, identities, and environments all shape how we move through the world, and therapy works best when those pieces are honored together. I’m especially drawn to work that is trauma-informed, affirming, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgment.

What matters most to me is creating a space where clients don’t feel rushed, fixed, or talked down to. I believe in collaboration, transparency, and meeting people where they are, whether they’re seeking relief, understanding, growth, or simply a place to breathe. I don’t see therapy as something I do to people, but something we build together.

My Area of Expertise

One of my strongest skills as a therapist is helping clients feel safe enough to explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. Many people come to me feeling stuck in anxiety, trauma responses, identity questions, burnout, or patterns that no longer serve them, and they’re looking for support that feels thoughtful, steady, and affirming.

I’m especially skilled in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and working with complex presentations where there isn’t a single clear answer. I often support teens and adults navigating life transitions, people-pleasing, overachievement, and anxiety, as well as LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals. My approach focuses on building insight without pathologizing experiences, helping clients understand why things make sense while also supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. We’ll gently explore what you’re experiencing and move toward change at a pace that feels right for you.

How I Approach Therapy

What's My Vibe

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered on creating a space that feels calm, safe, and genuinely human. I build rapport through presence, curiosity, and clear communication, while honoring each client’s pace, lived experience, and sense of safety.

I integrate therapeutic approaches thoughtfully and flexibly, guided by what feels most supportive in the moment rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions with me often feel steady and grounding, with room for reflection, insight, and meaningful change over time.

My style as a therapist is relaxed, warm, and affirming. Sessions with me tend to feel conversational and grounded, with space for humor, honesty, and whatever parts of you show up that day.

I believe therapy works best when all parts of you are welcome. I show up as myself too, present, genuine, and fully invested in the work we’re doing together.

I’m very eclectic! Lately I’ve been reconnecting with 90’s – early 00’s tunes though. I love the nostalgia!

I use a lot of the same skills I teach my clients! Deep breathing, walking, journaling, and BLS all help when I’m feeling anxious.
